Following the success of Biopolis (Bio: life, Polis: city – the city of Life), the idea arose to implement the same methodology in the educational field with the purpose of enjoying accompanying learning communities (universities, primary and secondary schools, associations, families, etc.) in the integral development of each person.
What are the two Pillars that make up the Biopolis Junior Methodology?
As in Biopolis, the first pillar is committed to compiling dynamics from the most well-known and played board games of the 20th century, such as Monopoly, Charades, Pictionary, Parcheesi..., thus ensuring fun and creative learning.
In the co-creation of Biopolis Junior, we adapted the areas of the Wheel of Life built in Biopolis to the adolescent world, developing the areas of Self, Health, Family, Environment, Friendship, Learning, Money, and Fun, thus connecting with the second pillar of the methodology which is made up of 300 cards based on a multitude of proposals from the best experts in Emotional Education of the last 30 years (María Acaso, Francisco Mora, Anna Forés, Daniel J. Siegel, Rebeca Wild, José Antonio Marina, etc.) that are described in books such as REDUvolution, Neuroeducation, Educating to Be, The Adolescent Brain...
These two pillars together form Biopolis Junior and our VISION is for it to be the game of the 21st century, and for Biopolis Junior to be present in all Universities, Secondary and Primary Schools, and Families in every country in the world.
