What does Biopolis mean and what are the two ingredients that make up the Methodology?
Bio: Life. Polis: City. The city of life, or where people, businesses, and life grow.
The metaphor is that life is not "a game." It is "THE GAME" in capital letters, in which we are all participating since we are born.
Have you seen the movie "Life is Beautiful"? Can you remember the playful proactive attitude of the father who radically transforms the concentration camp experience for his own son?
This element was one of the most inspiring to us when creating the Methodology.
What are the two ingredients that make up the Biopolis Methodology?
The first ingredient is a synthesis of the best board games of the 20th century like Monopoly, Trivial Pursuit, Parcheesi, and many others.
The reason for this is that human beings learn better and faster, with much more pleasure from fun and group play.
The second ingredient of Biopolis consists of 300 cards based on a psychology and coaching tool called The Wheel of Life.
These 300 cards are based on the work of the best experts in Human and Organizational Development in recent years.
Together, these two ingredients form the Biopolis Methodology, and our hope and Vision is that every Team, every Organization in every country in the world can benefit from its potential
